All Heaven Candles are made from 100% natural soy wax with cotton wicks. Our fragrances are premium-grade, phthalate-free oils. No paraffin, no synthetic dyes.

Burn times vary by size — from 4 hours for tealights to 30+ hours for our larger sculptural pieces. Each product page lists the specific burn time.

Yes. Soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin with minimal soot. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting, keep away from drafts, and never leave unattended.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don't accept returns on used candles. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement.

Yes. Soy wax is biodegradable and renewable. Our packaging is recyclable. We use minimal plastic and ship with recycled paper fill instead of styrofoam.
